2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or the contact form on our website. Provide your order number, details about the item(s) you wish to return or replace, and the reason for your request.
- Return Authorization: Upon review of your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Returning the Product: Once you receive the RA number, package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), clearly marking the RA number on the package. Use a trackable shipping service to return the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For Returns: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or an error occurred in fulfillment, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds and Processing Times
- Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
